Just a note to tell you how impressed we were this afternoon with your employee Bill. He was such a gentlemen and so responsive to all of our questions. One of the original Board of Trustees came over to watch as well and gain some knowledge for the rest of the community. As we were doing the paperwork after the installation my daughter who I had mentioned to you from Gladstone came in to drop off her dog and she met Bill as well. Having Radata come to their home is on their "To Do" list so I felt very comfortable that this young man might be the one sent to her as well. He was knowledgeable and just so pleasant and you don't find that in every technician that you have come to your home. I discussed the radon remediation with Grandpa last night. He is in complete compliance. We are set up for next Thursday morning and I will be at the house to meet with the technician. I also wanted to take a second to sincerely thank you for the detailed explanation of the system and for answering any questions that I had. The installation yesterday went very well. In fact, I would say the quality of the work and the craftsmanship of the worker were exceptional. I stayed here while the work was ongoing and I could see that he was a careful worker. Then as the job began to take shape he consulted we me over some details to make sure I liked the way things were proceeding. Finally, near the end of the job he insured that everything discarded during the job was put into the trash. All in all a pleasant experience, and one that gave me confidence in the quality of the work. Tonight, I had a peek into the attic to look at the piping, electrical , and fan. All very professionally done. You are right that the fan makes little noise. It's not noticeable.
Thanks for the good job. I'll run the radon test in a few days, and that will be the last step.

Just want to say that I am SO happy with the work done by Todd at my home. Baseboards are great - look great - and I feel so secure that I'll never flood again. He just finished up the sump pump and did such a professional, quick, and clean job. He is a gem - what an employee you have there!

I have never had a service person as efficient as Todd. He explained everything in detail and was finished with the work in record time even though we are waiting for the electrician to install the plug. The electrician is coming soon, as Todd immediately called him and scheduled.
