Most invalid tests can be corrected and re-issued. If you have an invalid report, the report will state the reason why.  If the report is simply missing information about the test property, conditions, dates/times, etc. you can provide us with the missing information quickly and easily and we will re-issue your report.

Some invalid tests cannot be fixed and might require a re-test. If you’re unsure, contact us by phone and we will help you determine your next course of action.  If the test is invalid due to delay in receipt, under or over exposure, damage or disturbance, weight gain (too much humidity in the test environment), or other circumstances affecting the result, you will need to repeat the test.
